This house is located in the quiet, green urbanisation Mas Tomasi and offers plenty of space for an unforgettable holiday with a maximum of 6 people. Thanks to the 4 comfortable bedrooms and complete air conditioning, everyone here enjoys a wonderful night's rest all year round.

The villa is cleverly distributed over two floors, each with its own entrance. Ideal for extra privacy, whilst the internal staircase ensures you can still be together cosily. Upstairs you enter via the green garden into a living room with open kitchen where nothing is lacking.

Adjacent to this you'll find the covered patio: the perfect spot for long, lazy summer evenings at the large dining table which you'll also find in the garden.

Downstairs awaits the second living room, which directly borders the large private swimming pool (8x4 metres). Whilst the children splash about, you can relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers. The villa stands on a fully enclosed plot and you can park right outside the door.
