Da ogni camera si gode una vista mozzafiato della Cupola del Brunelleschi e del Campanile di Giotto.
L'appartamento si trova al capolinea della Tramvia T2 aeroporto San marco - Università che in soli 30 minuti raggiunge Piazza San Marco dall'aeroporto di Firenze. La piazza è particolarmente animata e piacevole con ristoranti e localini di ogni tipo: ristoranti cucina italiana, etnica e anche angoli per un pasto veloce: l'Antico Vinaio, con le sue schiacciate profumatissime, è ad appena 30 metri. L'edificio è una struttura tipica della zona, l'appartamento è al terzo piano e non c'è ascensore ma la vista è impareggiabile.
