An excellent two week stay. The hotel staff was exceptional…professional, kind, welcoming and no task was too difficult. The apartment was top notch and had two balconies!! Very private

The apartment is spacious downstairs. Upstairs is very low so you have to stoop all the time. Bathrooms a bit tired and the kitchen is small. The view is amazing from both balconies which is why we hired it. The main issue we had with it was that when we arrived we were told the main hotel was closing so we would have 2 nights we would be there alone on the top storey of an empty hotel. I would not have booked the apartment had i known that as i was not comfortable with that. We were not aware the entire area was closing down for the season so at night it meant coming back to an empty dark hotel. I am sure it would be a great apartment in season hence why i have still marked it up but watch your timings.

Einfach ein Traum!

Wir sind mit dem Hotel Cristallo mehr als nur zufrieden! Es war ein Traum! Als Kunde wird man auf Händen getragen. Wir hatten IMMER ohne Ausnahme top freundliches Personal. Sei es beim ausgiebigem Frühstücksbuffet, an der Reception, etc. Total herzliche und freundliche Menschen! Unser Appartement hatte 2 Stöcke. 1. Stock: Wohnzimmer und Küche inkl. Balkon. Mit direktem langem Meerblick und Stühlen und Tisch zum draussen essen. Badezimmer mit Dusche. 2. Stock unvergesslicher Meerblick direkt vom Doppelbett aus! Nochmals ein Badezimmer mit Dusche inkl. Waschmaschine. Noch ein Einzelbett. Balkon mit Liegestühlen draussen und Wäscheständer. Das Appartement war total ruhig, auch nachts. Ausserhalb im Gang draussen gibt es weiteres Geschirr, Spiele, Bücher zur Gesamtnutzung. Garage und Frühstück kann zusätzlich spontan pro Tag dazu gebucht werden. Frühstück war extrem ausgiebig (Früchte, Kuchen, Süssgebäck, Speck/Würste/Rührei, Gemüse, Käse, Aufschnitt, div. Brotsorten, Croissants, Cornflakes, glutenfreie Sachen, etc. Die Bedienung konnte sich am 2. Tag schon unser Kaffeewunsch morgens merken und konnte mehrere Sprachen. Lage ist blendend. Wir sind nur 1 Strasse weiter vom Meer entfernt gewesen. Beim Hoteleingang kann man rechts oder links weg und ist direkt an den Einkaufsmeilen. Restaurants sind viele sehr gut in der Nähe und auch da ist die Freundlichkeit immer vorhanden gewesen! Einfach alles nur TOP! Weiter so liebes Cristallo Team. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Das Cristallo-Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, toller unverbauter Blick vom Appartement aufs Meer, zentrale Lage - super !! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Ausstattung der Küche (vor allem mit Geschirr) ist für Selbstversorger etwas dürftig (die Gastronomie im Hause hatte noch geschlossen). Wir kommen wieder !! Danke an das Team.

Penthouse Suite

Lovely apartment within a modern hotel. With a balcony on the lower floor and roof terrace off the bedroom on the upper floor this was wonderful base for our four week holiday. Highly recommended.

Prachtig Pent house

Penthouse Happy: 2 verdiepingen boven hotel met uitzicht op zee. 2 balkons uitgeust met tuinmeubels en bovenste met ligstoelen waar het heerlijk vertoeven is als de zon weg is. Andere biedt voldoende schaduw. 5 minuten lopen naar strand. Zeer vriendelijke receptie medewerkers, die werkelijk alles voor je regelen. Van strandstoelen tot schuttlebus naar het vliegveld. Top! Ontbijt mogelijk.

Wow...che vista e che pace !!!

Eravamo alla ricerca di un nido d'amore....un angolo di pace, romantico, per rilassarci e staccare dallo stress di tutti i giorni. Lo abbiamo trovato e ve lo consigliamo ! Vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia e sul mare di Rimini, particolarmente bello in questi giorni. Il mare è a due passi, e adesso che è fuori stagione ci siamo fatte delle lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia. L'appartamento è nuovo, moderno ed equipaggiato al meglio. Pulitissimo. In masarda ha due camere matrimoniali comunicanti. Proprietari disponibilissimi e sempre presenti perchè è posto sopra l'hotel, in cui è anche possibile fare abbondanti colazioni...slurp ! Grazie !
