Nice Small cottage
This property is as advertised. It is clean and a nice old cottage. It is super close to the bike trail, which was why I chose it.
Cozy cottage with everything we needed for a few days. It was clean, quiet and just what we needed
Evelyn was very prompt in responding to us. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to meet her, we knew that she was just a phone call away Incase of any issues. I would not hesitate recommending this cottage!!
Nice clean cottage in Brewster. Very good.
Would love to stay again.
Memorable family vacation
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this cottage so it was nostalgic to be back just over 10 years later with my kids. The cottage was clean, it contained everything we needed and suited our small family of 4 comfortably. We made some lovely memories on the Cape enjoying the beach and riding on the bike trail, all within a short distance from the cottage. Our hosts where gracious and accommodating as we had to call on them a couple times when we required some assistance, and they were readily available to help us. Thank you so much Evelyn! It was a pleasure seeing you again after all these years.
Cute little cottage
Love the cozy yellow cottage. It is very clean and has everything we need. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes we needed for our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was wonderful after a day at the beach.
Vacation, July 2019
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at the cottage.
It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, bright and clean.
It was actually much larger than we expected.
The kitchen was large, well laid out and had plenty of counter space.
There was a small room with a cot, which was an added plus.
All of the beds, including the cot, were comfortable.
We had plenty of room to spread out.
The location was great - off the main road but very quiet. We could walk to the bike bath, a convenience store, bakeries and coffee shops.
The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.
We hope to return again.
