About this property

Charming Brewster Cottage

Sweet one bedroom cottage in the heart of Brewster. Nicely renovated with fully equipped kitchen, gas range, full sized refrigerator. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room and a dining area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed. Out back is a private patio with picnic table and gas grill. Fresh and clean throughout. Walk to shops, great restaurants, and just seven tenths of a mile to the beach. We are also right on the bike trail where you can ride from Dennis to Wellfleet, Harwich to Chatham with stops at ocean beaches and fresh water ponds along the way. Nickerson State Park is very close by as well. The Cape Cod National Seashore is a short drive away. No cleaning fee if the cottage is left in a neat and clean condition. $40.00 flat fee extra for linens or bring your own. 7 night minimum late June until early Sept. Saturday to Saturday only. 2 night minimum during the off season.

The main street of Brewster is lined with sea captain's homes. It is a treat to visit the Brewster General Store or walk to JT's Seafood for a shore dinner and ice cream.
