Casa Dora is set in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a five-minute walk to the exclusive Marina with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, designer shops, supermarket and weekly Market.



The front doors open into the spacious entrance hall, along with a cloakroom, and leads into the open plan lounge & dining room that overlooks the pool and garden.



The open plan living & dining room are tastefully decorated and with patio doors opening on to the pool and garden, giving the room has plenty of natural light. There is a generously proportioned L shaped sofa and a large two-seater comfy sofa. The lounge features a large flat screen TV with Mag box (internet TV including BBC/ITV/CH4/5/Sky Channels plus much more and also an option for other languages). There is also a Bluetooth Sound Bar and WIFI. For those cooler winter evenings, a Pellet Stove Heater will provide all the warmth you need.



The kitchen is bright and well equipped with built in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine (filter & Dolce Gusto), toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A door leads to the utility room with washing machine, iron & ironing board along with a good outdoor drying area.



There are three bedrooms; one master bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned, with their own ensuite bathroom.



The enclosed garden and pool area have ample sunbathing terraces with sunbeds around the rectangular shaped private pool, a parasol, outdoor shower and cloakroom. Just outside the living area is a covered terrace furnished with a seating area with four chairs and table for relaxing in the shade plus a dining table and six chairs for alfresco dining.
