Quiet and cozy apartment recently renovated in the Historic Center next to the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. It has a spacious living room with two balconies overlooking the street, with very high ceilings and very bright. Independent kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with large closets.

Second floor with out elevator.

Market The Cebada, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, La Latina.

You will not need to use transport. You will be in the center of Madrid. Taxi, bus, metro.

The apartment is very clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. It is a great location for visiting Madrid, city centre and major attractions are in a walking distance. Also there is a subway station nearby. We came by car, there is good parking at nr 88 on the same street. We had a great time and highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Fabulous location to explore Madrid

The apartment was in a perfect location, within walking distance of all attractions and metro stations. The apartment slept 4 adults comfortably and the kitchen was fairly well equipped for a 6 night stay. The host, Ana, was easy to contact on the Vrbo app and the information provided was very accurate. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others who want to visit the vibrant city of Madrid.

Prolijo, buena ubicación, buen precio

El apartamento estaba limpio y prolijo, las indicaciones muy detalladas y claras. Ana fue siempre muy amable y mantuvo una buena comunicación todo el tiempo con nosotros. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la Plaza Mayor y de una estación del Metro, no es el barrio más lindo, pero es muy conveniente. Tuvimos unos inconvenientes con las llaves de entrada al edificio, pero lo solucionamos rápidamente y sin problemas nosotros mismos. La devolución del depósito fue muy rápida. Todo excelente. Gracias Ana!

Samen met mijn zoon heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Veilig, in the place to be, authentiek. Goede bedden. En zodra je buiten vent slikt Madrid je op. S'nachts geen overlast. Dus top plek, heerlijk dichtbij alles. Goed contact per tel en app met verhuurder bij vragen

Práctico apartamento en La Latina

Fuimos cuatro amigas. Las camas eran cómodas, el apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. La ubicación, muy bien. Como parte negativa, diría que le falta un sofá y un espejo de cuerpo entero en el salón. Diría que se reciben demasiados emails automáticos, aunque Ana es una anfitriona muy agradable y atenta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar.

Appartement bien situé pour les visites au 2ème étage d un immeuble ancien mais très mal insonorisé avec des fenêtres donnant sur une rue passante et bruyante Pour remplir le formulaire Partnee il faut s armer de patience car les explications ne sont pas claires

Central Location but on major street

This apartment is minutes away from Plaza Mayor in La Latina neighborhood of Madrid. The apartment is very clean however it is on a major street. I could hear all the traffic and conversations below. The late night/early morning party goers were especially noisy. The check-in in process was all online. I was given instructions to call once I was at the door but it took a few calls before I was able to get in. Communication with the property manager/owner was challenging. I asked if I could have an early check in and the response was an extra charge. The assumption was since I wanted an early check-in, then it's considered an early stay. It was a simple yes or no question; I just needed to figure out what to do with my luggage. Language and cultural differences was a factor. The best I could say is that this lacks proper customer service.
