A comfortable Cornish countryside retreat in Coosewartha
Our holiday park home is situated in Mount Hawke, Cornwall, a central location to many popular towns such as St Ives, Newquay, Falmouth, Truro, Perranporth as well as to the many beaches and attractions. The small holding where it is located (Coosewartha) hosts it as a single site, with access to a spacious garden. The village church is 25 meters away, a Londis convenience store is located just across the road and within walking distance from the local bar & kitchen.
The holiday park home is pleasantly situated on our smallholding, on the edge and overlooking of a belt of greenery and fields. It has an en suite bedroom which has a king size double bed, and a room with two single bunks.
The accommodation includes kettle, fridge/freezer, flat screen TV with Freeview HD and BBC iPlayer, stereo with integrated speaker system, combi microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, shower, central heating, washing machine, gas hob and oven. This includes internet connected Free WiFi.
Free ample car parking space is also available right next to the accommodation for 1 or 2 cars.

My name is Leila and I take care of all the preparations and will be ensuring your stay is a happy one! We live in a central location for Cornwall with many attractions so visitors are never short of things to do. Many of these pastimes can be free i.e. beaches, sight seeing, walking and generally relaxing. I was originally from the Philippines, but have lived here for over 34 years, with my late husband who had lived here for over 62 years - with neither of us having had any intention of leaving.
What makes this property unique
So why Coosewartha? Well, Coosewartha is the name of the small holding where our holiday rental is located. Coosewartha is a Cornish name, and the true Cornish to English translation is ‘house in the woods‘. The woods have long since passed, but the small holding is still surrounded by beautiful countryside with easy access to both the well-known locations and the hidden secrets that Cornwall has to offer
