About this property
2 Bed in St. Agnes (oc-p28969)
This elegant home is located in the heart of St Agnes, surrounded by historical buildings including the village church directly opposite. It’s a truly lovely location with easy access to the popular Trevaunance Cove (0.5 miles), a scenic beach popular for surfing and rock pooling, and join the South West Coast Path for long walks along the shoreline. With space for four guests and one dog allowed, this is your dream location for a Cornish family holiday.
White and gleaming on the outside, the cottage has a reverse-level layout with both bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting lounge area with comfy sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings with fellow guests. The owners have put a lot of time and attention into making the place look stylish, with plants, well-chosen artwork and quality soft furnishings all enhancing your stay. You’ll love cooking and eating in the heart of the home — the expansive kitchen/dining room — with its glossy cream units and circular wooden dining table.
Known affectionately as ‘Aggie’, the village of St Agnes is a lovely place to call home for a few days, with its friendly shops, cafés and a pub serving up food, all within 100 metres of your front door. When you’re ready to explore the wider area, set out on foot or by car to nearby beaches like Porthtowan and Perranporth (3 and 4 miles respectively), or drive to the surfing paradise of Newquay 11.5 miles away. Visit National Trust sites at Trelissick Garden (11.5 miles) and Godvery (13 miles), or head to arty St Ives (20 miles) to visit prestigious galleries, including the Tate.
