Had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is spacious and well decorated with everything you could need. It has a fabulous location enabling you to enjoy the charm of the old town, or if you prefer the beach, it is only a short walk. The owner was on hand and very helpful with suggestions of places to stay and things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Conchas Wohnung verbracht. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: mitten im Zentrum von Altea und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen.Wir haben hier eine längere Zeit verbracht, um dem Winter zu entfliehen, und die Wohnung war dafür ideal – sowohl zum Erholen als auch für das Arbeiten im Homeoffice. Das Internet ist schnell und zuverlässig, sodass wir Arbeit und Erholung problemlos miteinander verbinden konnten.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist ein großer zusätzlicher Pluspunkt.Concha ist eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt, dass es ihr wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.Altea ist ein Ort mit ganz besonderem Charme, und diese Wohnung war die perfekte Basis, um ihn zu genießen. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. - Hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa en el apartamento de Concha. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta: en pleno centro de Altea, pero a la vez muy tranquila, ideal para descansar.Pasamos aquí una temporada más larga para escapar del invierno, y el apartamento fue perfecto tanto para relajarnos como para trabajar en remoto. Das Haus ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Eine tolle Ausstattung, modern und gleichzeitig bequem eingerichtet. Eine große Kühl- und Gefrierschrankkombination, die -ebenso wie die Klimaanlage- in der warmen/heißen Jahreszeit sehr viel von uns genutzt wurde. Eine angenehme Ansprechpartnerin für alle Belange, die das Objekt betreffen. Ich hatte in irgendeiner Beurteilung gelesen, dass es nach 22h draußen sehr laut gewesen sein soll- das kann ich definitiv NICHT bestätigen, wir hatten keine Probleme mit Lärm oder ähnlichem. Die Tiefgarage, in die sogar unser VW-Bus passte ( mit ein wenig manövrieren), ist ein großes Plus bei Temperaturen stets über 30 Grad Celsius. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Comfortabel verblijf aan een lawaaiig pleintje

Gastvrije ontvangst en een keurig verzorgd appartement met alle benodigde comfort. Zon is alleen in de vroege ochtend te vinden op het terras. Ligging is heerlijk; alles op loopafstand zowel old town als dorp en boulevard. Minpunt: appartement ligt aan een pleintje met een bar die je 6 avonden in de week trakteert met een lawaaiig publiek.

Excelente apartamento, muy nuevo y muy bien ubicado en la zona centro de Altea, a escasos 150 metros. Por cierto, muy buen ambiente de noche. Sin problema de aparcamiento en la calle, en pleno mes de agosto.

super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l'appartement de Concha. Le logement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce, très bien agencé, spacieux et agréable à vivre. Il est très bien situé et on peut stationner facilement. La piscine, en contrebas est grande et très agréable aussi, elle est parfaitement entretenue. Concha est une hôte parfaite, joignable rapidement pour toute demande et de bon conseil. le seul bémol dans l'appartement est le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux occultant dans les chambres; le jour réveille tôt le matin. Sinon, tout est parfait

Loved the place

A very over the top place to stay . Extremely comfortable, quiet , close to everything. Beautiful dishes and wine glasses. There is an extra touch added that makes a very big difference.

Perfecto tanto la atención del propietario, nos dejó entrar un día antes. Como el apartamento, extraordinario , no creo que se pueda mejorar, y la situación muy buena, tanto para ir al centro como para la playa. Y con parking muy importante en altea y en el mes de agosto. Estadia de praia familiar muito tranquila

Habitação familiar, bem equipada e com uma bonita decoração. Situada em zona residencial, calma e bem localizada. Próximo do mar, mas também da bela igreja de Altea e do comércio que existe nas estreitas ruas pedonais em seu redor.
