The apartment has been recently refurbished internally to a high standard and is very spacious with 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one En-suite), a large dining room/lounge, a large kitchen, patio doors, an open balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and golf course. The apartment is a duplex with the bedrooms and bathrooms on one level, and the kitchen and lounge/dining room on the other.

The Apartment Is Cleaned By A Professional Before The Arrival Of The Next Guests.

It has new (2021) A/c and heating and is perfectly situated on an attractive Spanish style complex which has two swimming pools and is next door to the golf course.
The complex is fully gated and secure with an underground car park.

The complex has two swimming pools and water features throughout the large gardens.

A short 5 minute walk will take you to the local square of family friendly bars and restaurants. Duquesa Marina itself has a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and is just 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car or taxi.

The apartment is ideal for golfers, as it is adjacent to Duquesa Golf course.

We are fully licenced as per The Spanish Goverment requirements.

Highly recommend apartment. Spacious, good location, secure and quiet (and we stayed in August). Beautiful view from balcony, use of two pools and garage parking. Owner was excellent with communication.

Our host Paul did a great job communicating to us prior to and during our visit, making sure we were taken care of. The apartment was very nice, and the views from our back balcony were stunning, especially at sunset. We would definitely recommend this place for travelers in the Manilva area! It is well worth the price!

Fantastic, clean apartment. Excellent communication from our host prior to our trip: providing information and suggestions for days out, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and good sized pool for swimming. Plenty of parking outside the apartment. The apartment is excellent value for money, very comfortable and has excellent views.

Maravilloso duplex muy iluminado, una amplia terraza con increíbles vistas al campo de golf y el mar, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Paul, nuestro anfitrión, encantador y atento para que no falte de nada, tanto en la vivienda como lugares para visitar y comer. como digo en el titulo, MUY RECOMENDABLE.
