An authentic wooden lodge set on one floor tucked away giving that feel that you are nestled within woodland but also within close proximity to the Devon Expressway and many local attractions including Buckfast Abbey, South Devon Railway, Otter Sanctuary and many more. A stunning interior with wooden floors throughout. The open plan living area gives it a spacious, but warm feel so you can enjoy all year round. Sit back and dine on the balcony with its wood burner and dining area giving that feeling of an extra room, with views over the owner’s garden. Blending contemporary and traditional throughout, creating an ideal holiday retreat. With two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other offering two single beds and both with wardrobes, a dressing table and wall-mounted hairdryers. The open plan living/kitchen/dining room brings all the family together to dine and watch entertainment along with a electric log effect fire giving that log cabin feel.
Locally, visitors can enjoy the vast selection of bars, pubs and restaurants within a short drive and take in the small market town of Buckfastleigh, the historic mill town nestled on the edge of eastern Dartmoor. With South Devon Railway nearby you will see the occasional steam train pass by. Beach 10 miles. Shop 2¼ miles, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
