For our customers we have some apartments inside a small building of six newly built units; available a studio, a two-room apartment and a three-room apartment on the upper floor. The apartments are located about 450 meters from the beach of sand mixed with gravel of Norsi, on the southern side of the island, near the beaches of Acquarilli and Felciaio, a few km from the long beaches of Lacona and Lido di Capoliveri. All apartments have a private parking space.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Studio apartment sleeps 2/3 (28 m2)
Consisting of independent entrance, living room with kitchenette, complete with table and chairs for dining, bathroom with shower, double bed and single sofa bed and large terrace on the sea side. Television. New, simple furniture.

Important Notes:
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- for groups of guys under 25 the deposit will be increased by 50%
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- pets allowed, with a fee of € 30 on the spot
