The private patio offers a perfect spot to sit out after the track in the evening with a glass of wine and just relax and visit. Fully applianced kitchen with all the modern amenities. Comfortable queen size bed, A/C Unit in Bedroom, Sectional Couch with pull-out bed. Shared coin-operated Laundry Room. One Week minimum during Track Season and 2 night minimum for Graduation Weekend. What an ideal location

This condo is perfect for two people. It is very comfortable, and has a unique advantage of having two entrances, a back door leading to a gorgeous yard with patio seating. I sat outside under the umbrella every day. Deb is a fantastic host.
