Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Lawned garden area with bench seating. Balcony with table, chairs and parasol. Secure mountain bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5.2 miles, pub 1.9 miles. Check-in time 4pm. Note: There is a landline in the property for local or incoming calls only. Note: The property is approached by a long partially unmade lane which is uneven in places at the beginning but leads on to a tarmacked drive.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGE POINT, This is located inside the gate on a wooden post and has been installed for overnight charging, once a vehicle has been charged overnight please then park in the main car park There are instructions on the charger for releasing the plug, the 'PLUS' sign must be pressed to release the plug, please do NOT just try and pull the plug out as it wont release, Owners of electric vehicles are asked to bring there own cable to plug in to the charger.
