Outside there is off-road parking for two cars along with a lawned area with seating. Higher Bumsley Barn is a wonderful retreat for a holiday in the Devon countryside. Property cannot accommodate a sunday changeover. Note: EV charging available for 40GBP per use.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGE POINT, This is located inside the gate on a wooden post and has been installed for overnight charging, once a vehicle has been charged overnight please then park in the main car park There are instructions on the charger for releasing the plug, the 'PLUS' sign must be pressed to release the plug, please do NOT just try and pull the plug out as it wont release, Owners of electric vehicles are asked to bring there own cable to plug in to the charger.
