On a plot of 500 m2 a pretty house of 90 m2 completely renovated in 2020, located 200 m from the beach of the Council, between the beach of Pontaillac and that of Nauzan.
Living room kitchen of 45 m2.
2 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet
Fully enclosed grounds, electric gate, possibility to park 1 car and shelter bicycles.
2 wooden terraces, garden table for 6/8 people, with armchairs, parasol, shade sail, deckchairs, hammock, WEBER barbecue, outdoor lighting.

The kitchen is separated from the dining room by an "atypical" bar and 4 high stools, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, 3-burner gas stove and an electric hob, electric oven and microwave. Toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee makers, piston and filter.

Neat decoration, this house is our second home and we have paid a lot of attention to make it welcoming and pleasant to live in as we like to find ourselves there. We hope that you will feel good there.

un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison où nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très bien avec des prestations parfaites. L'accueil fut très chaleureux par des propriétaire très à l'écoute de nos besoins et les conseils qu'ils nous ont prodigués sur les ballades et les restaurants du coin nous furent précieux. La proximité des plages et du chemin des douaniers est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Éric et son épouse ont été des voyageurs parfaits, très respectueux des lieux et avec une très bonne communication . Nous les accueillerons de nouveau avec grand plaisir .
