This well-maintained and lovingly decorated holiday home offers all the comfort for a relaxing vacation.

This holiday home offers all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas for cozy evenings with friends, quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a green garden with a covered seating area.

Upon entering, you will find a separate toilet with a small sink and the bathroom with a shower and sink. The centerpiece of the house is the open kitchen and the cozy living/dining area. A comfortable corner sofa invites you to relax. The electric fireplace adds extra ambiance. There are plenty of games and books available for entertainment.

Through the kitchen, you can access the garden with a stone barbecue and a covered seating area, allowing you to comfortably sit outside even during a brief rain shower. The little ones will have a lot of fun on the double swing and in the sandbox. The secluded garden offers plenty of privacy and borders a so-called "schurveling," a naturally grown sand barrier that is typical of the Ouddorp area.

Upstairs, there are 6 sleeping places spread across three rooms, allowing you to rest well: one room with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a crib, one room with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm, and the third room with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm. A second toilet with a small sink provides additional convenience.

Pet friendly house 2 dogs are allowed. 

In the freely accessible annex, there is a washing machine and an additional small refrigerator available. Moreover, there is space to park 2 cars in front of the house.



- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
