Located in a 100-year-old house, in hidden street with low traffic Apartment Kate offers proximity to the Old Town 15 minutes walking distance. A 5 minutes walk in either direction will lead you to one of Dubrovnik's few sand & pebble beaches. Apartment Kate is spacious, comfortable, sleeping up to 5 people, offers guests 2 double bedrooms, a large renovated bathroom, a full kitchen (dishwasher) with dining and sitting area, and a garden terrace. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the beautiful City of Dubrovnik set in unspoiled nature with breathtaking views of historic Old City and the crystal clear Adriatic.
Private parking is available near the house and it costs 20 Euros per day, per car. It has to be booked directly with the owner prior to arrival.

This property is within easy walking distance of the old town and St Jacobs beach. It has a great view of Lokrum Island. We had a lovely vacation here.

We had a wonderful stay in Kate‘s apartment. Walking to the city and to the beach was easy. The view towards Dubrovnik and Lokrum is awesome. Everything was as described.

Fabulous Apt. & location!

I fell in love with Kate’s Apt. Beautiful apartment. I loved the high ceilings, wooden windows and shutters, wide doors. The view to sea from both bedrooms, hall and private patio were highlights. The kitchen was well equipped.Perfect location close to old town but far enough to be away from the bustle. Very nice beaches & swimming near by. I hated to leave and will be back next year. - Joyce

Great big apartment with amazing views, terrace, air conditioning, washing machine. They have parking there for a small fee. About a 15 minute walk to the walled old city or you can take a cheap Uber.

Located in a 100-year-old stone house on a street by the sea, our apartments offers both proximity to Old Town (15 minutes walking distance) and quiet seclusion. A short walk in either direction will lead you to one of Dubrovnik's few pebble beaches - St Jakob (5 minutes) and Banje beach (10-15 minutes). Set in unspoiled nature with breathtaking views of historic Old City and blue sea.

What makes this property unique

Upon entering the property you will feel as though you have stepped into a private sanctuary, complete with vine-covered walkways, lush greenery, fruit trees, and spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea.
