Dear Shelley,
thank you for your review. By the way I want to highlight some incorrect info written.
Regarding A/C it's difficult to believe that in Sept it wasn't able to refresh sufficiently. No one complain about in August with 40 degrees... the fact that it stopped for long period it was just because it arrived to the right set temperature. We are always at our guests disposal and it's a pity you didn't write or inform us with your needs, we could promptly help you. There is a cover in the low part of the wardrobe, but maybe you didn't find it. But it seems a contradiction to have stronger A/C but in the same time a warmer cover, don't you think????? Same thing for the showers.. we have a 80lt boiler that is sufficient for 4 showers .
However we hope to host you again to appreciate even more your stay knowing to inform us for any need or help. We love making our guests stay more comfortable possible.
