Surrounded by 2000 years of history this superb 5 star holiday property is on first floor level within a superb grade 11 listed property. It is located within the city walls and has to be one of the most marvelous locations in York. The property has been completely re-designed and refurbished offering a beautiful, modern and welcoming 5 star interior, giving guests incredibly high standards of accommodation with two sumptuous bedrooms. ‘George street boutique apartments’ are just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre down walmgate and have every convenience to hand with shops, delis, restaurants, history and more close by. A completely stunning property and a stunning location.
The property is beautifully furnished throughout, offering excellent sleeping accommodation in two sumptuous bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to six guests extremely comfortably with the additional sofa bed, with lots of space.
Through the apartment’s entrance hall the property opens up into a stunning hallway with kitchen , bedrooms and living room all opening up off this.
There is a large designer corner sofa and board games for adults and children alike. There is also a Smart TV, wi-fi and a blu-tooth sound system.
The fully equipped ,designer kitchen is separate from the living area and has a wonderful dining table that seats up to 6 guests. With granite work tops, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-drier and more it offers guests everything they could need during their stay.
The main bedroom has large period windows and offers a luxuriously comfortable king sized bed that can be split into singles if required, wardrobe, and Smart TV. The en-suite has a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a superbly comfortable king sized bed.
The pristine master bathroom is simply stunning ! with a free standing bath and separate shower cubicle.

There is an outside patio area with this apartment that can be used for barbecues al fresco to enjoy the best of the English weather !

a great place for 12 guests!!

12 of us stayed here and there was plenty of space! Its like 2 separate apartments but with a door in between that they open up it was great, we all felt we had our own space! the older ones of the group slept upstairs and the younger ones stayed downstairs! It was perfect for our family getaway and very central.

House with quality!

I am so grateful that we can stay in house like this! All the kitchen equipment are so decent and clean. We stayed in-house for homemade dinner two nights because of the nice kitchen! The check-in process is efficient and quick. I really love the carpet and the view when there’s sunshine comes inside from the window. I highly recommend this apartment to you who wants to stay in a house with quality.

Brilliant Stay In York Close To City Centre

We had a great stay in York with York Boutique Lets. The place was very spacious and well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were provided with a parking pass, which allowed us to park in marked zones near the property, and managed to find a free space right by the entrance. Otherwise, we could have parked anywhere else within the marked zone which was near the place anyway. It was close to the City Centre, so finding things to do or to eat weren't a problem. All in all, it was a great stay. We didn't have any issues, but wanted to mention that the service was very good and emails were answered very quickly.

Booked for family wedding at merchant adventurers hall

Took over both apartments for two families for our sons wedding . We know York well and knew the location was ideal for our needs . Everything was perfect , great standard throughout. It would be better in apartment 1 to have a bigger bed in the second bedroom even though it is quite tight for space. It is only the other room that can be split into twins … So would be more flexible. We had a power cut for most of our last morning - unprecedented I believe from the neighbours - but apart from no shower didn’t detract from our stay ! Boutique lets were very helpful and we appreciated slightly later check out and the Prosecco ! Will recommend thank you,

What a gorgeous apartment, very well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Sofas very comfortable for a leisurely tv session. Well located, close enough to walk to from the station and also to walk into town. Cafe at the end of the road for breakfast or a short walk along to loads more. Amazing House and Stay

We booked both apartments and had the interlinking door to open the property up to 1 large house and Wow. Absolutely amazing house, so clean and felt right at home straight away. Communication with the hosts and getting an early check in was great also. Already speaking to the group that I went down with for going back again soon! Highly recommend for anyone going to visit York, not far from the centre and easy to find. Would just like to say thank you very much. All of us had a great weekend down in York and all of them were blown away with the house. We were lucky with the weather and got to use the garden too. Also thank you for the earlier check in. You have made us all want to come back to York at some point soon again.

Incredible place!

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was the perfect little home from home we were looking for. Location was perfect, easy walking distance from York. Hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. Allowed us a slightly later checkout to accommodate our children which was so kind. We loved it here and would love to return.
