Wonderful location and space

The place is very spacious and clean. We were so worried about the location but it turns out to be the most central location to St. Mark Square and anywhere on the island. No washer was an unfortunate event since we packed light and needed to wash. But it did not matter since the stay was wonderful.

Great location and stay!

Myself and two friends started in Venice for a trip through Italy, and this property was the perfect stay! Walking distance to local port to pick up boat to travel around and great location near delicious restaurants, just minutes walking to Piazza San Marco. There was an amazing place for cappuccino and great dinner just around the corner - Ristorante Bacarandino Ai Corazzeri. The stay was far enough from tourist areas to feel private but perfect walking distance to main tourist attractions or seeing local spots near the water. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, loved having a kitchen and washing unit. Shower has amazing water pressure and good sized bathroom. Would highly recommend this stay for others in a small group.

Sehr zentrale aber doch ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einer Seitengasse.

Wir waren zum Besuch der Biennale in Venedig. Das Appartement war ideal gelegen und wir konnten alle Orte bequem zu Fuss erreichen. In nächster Umgebung hat es Geschäfte, um für den täglichen Bedarf einzukaufen. Etwas umfangreicher dürfte die Ausstattung unserer Ansicht nach sein, da ja sicherlich die meisten Bewohner, wie wir mit dem Koffer anreisen. Vermisst haben wir beispielsweise eine Kanne für Kaffee oder Tee, eine Schere und die wichtigsten Gewürze, falls man sich eine Kleinigkeit kochen möchte, einen Lappen im Badezimmer etc. Das große Bett war wunderbar und Dank der Klimaanlage haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.
