Perfect

Beautiful private beach and clean pool in scenic surroundings. All the conveniences you would need. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings listing to the ocean. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great Place

The property was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Great location to the beach & pool. My only complaint is not being able to turn thermostat below 72’. Some of the bedrooms was not cool enough even with drapes closed. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, convenient

We have stayed at multiple properties throughout the years at Litchfield by the Sea, this unit is now my favorite. Very roomy, CLEAN, quiet, and very easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the view of both the ocean and pool from the balcony. It has a very homey feel and is decorated nicely. The living room has plenty of seating for friends/family. Anything you need to cook dinner is there - we will definitely be requesting this unit for our future visits !
