Private One Bedroom Cottage in the village of Dillon Beach. Wide open views of the Pacific Ocean from Pt. Reyes National Seashore to Bodega Bay. Just a very short walk to the beach. Convenient location near the Dillon Beach Store and Cafe.
Enjoy watching the waves, kite surfers and sunsets from our large deck. The home is just becoming available this summer after a complete renovation. You'll have all the modern conveniences including DirecTV, WiFi, Gas Fireplace and all new kitchen appliances and bathroom. The cottage is perfect for a couple looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Well behaved pets are accepted.

This was our 2nd time staying at the surfer cottage! We love it! Everything was perfect! One of the cleanest, well stocked, fully functional VRBO places we have stayed at. That view, wow! Dogs love the fully fenced in front yard. BBQ grill was well maintained. We would give more stars if we could. Cannot wait to plan our next visit.

The "perfect" beach getaway cottage. The hosts have a keen eye for detail and the decor provides that clean, cozy, inviting allure. The Love of the coast and their cottage is unmistakeable from; the well appointed kitchen, the wonderfully comfortable king bed, games to play on the deck overlooking the red/orange sunset or lounging having a glass of wine. We will definitely go back.....many times. Oh, by the way, it is "dog friendly" (a good thing), but we don't own a pet because my partner's sense of smell is extreme!!...The cottage smelled clean and there was no sign that a dog had ever visited. The hosts do a fabulous job communicating and are expedient with a reply. LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay there.

This was a great place to get a little work done and relax. We loved the completely fenced in property for our dog, and nothing beats the incredible view of the ocean. Can't wait to go back!

This was our second stay here, and everything was even better than the first time. Super well equipped kitchen, my wife and I love cooking here! The views from the bedroom and living room are INSANE! Not to mention sunsets from the back deck. Our host was amazing as always, and we will absolutely be back again this year!

This property is wonderful. You have clear views of the ocean and Point Reyes, and just a few steps to the market/restaurant and a couple blocks to the beach. The hosts are fantastic, they even hung a Happy Birthday banner to celebrate my birthday stay!

This was my third visit to this cozy surf cottage, and I love it! Even the dog was excited to be back when I pulled up. Lovely place and location, and even better in-person. Our favorite thing to do here is just hang out on the oversized deck lounge and watch the ocean. Dennis is a great host! You won't be disappointed.

Dillon Beach is a quiet, safe, adorable coastal town. Dillon Beach Surf Cottage has all needed kitchen supplies and lovely ocean views. It is so convenient to the beach, which is perfect for a run or long walk.The one day we had light rain, we had a fun time driving into Petaluma for the Farmers' Market, lunch at Wild Goat, and strolling the town.

This property was exactly as described. It was clean, charming and in a perfect location. My husband, our dog , and I spent a relaxing weekend there. The deck was a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The house was cozy and complete with snacks for us and our dog. She really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching people and birds while listening to the surf. All three of us would love to go back there!

This was such a nice place. Had so many little details that made it feel cozy, and even a few knick-knacks to let you know who the owners are. Place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the little yard in front, and especially because it was very stormy that week and we have dogs. View was great, and the little store was right across the street. The beach was just a short walk, too.

Wow! This house is perfect for two people! It has everything for a comfortable and convenient stay. The view of the waves and ocean is amazing. It’s close to the general store and restaurant plus walking distance to the beach. Inside it has a fully stocked kitchen with many condiments and spices. We strongly recommend this wonderful beach house enough!

Our seventh year in a row in renting this little cottage. Perfect for the two of us and our dog. Great views, well appointed, attention to details. Best of all, you can listen to the ocean from bed all night long. My favorite. Highly recommend this little beach retreat.
