CA’ 3 VIE LAVANDA - One Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 2 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 46 m2. Our apartment is split-leveled, it is composed of one bedroom with ensuit bathroom, living room with sofa bed which can be used as sleeping facility for 2 persons and another bathroom. The apartment is situated on the second and third floor of a completely renovated old building.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

An extremely clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Quiet at night. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within a very short distance. Quite a few steps up from the ground level to the bedroom which may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues but was fine for us. Would definitely recommend.

Major-league holiday!

This apartment was amazing. The photos are great but it’s even more lovelier than we had expected. Everything is walkable in the old town. So many great places to eat. There is a handy little grocery down the street from the apartment.

Igor was very friendly and accommodating. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions we had. The loss of a star is due to several details that just seemed to be lacking. One was that we went to grab plates the night we arrived, to realize they were all dirty except for the top plate. We also pulled a knife from the drawer that had food on it. An easy fix for us to just wash them, but wish there was more attention to detail with the cleaning. All common areas were clean (bedroom, bathroom, etc), very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Air conditioning works great, location was awesome, and we enjoyed our stay overall! Works best for one couple, so if it was just my wife and I returning, we would stay here again!

Brilliant service!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Zum Schwimmen würde ich eine Bootsfahrt zu den umliegenden Inseln empfehlen. Parkplätze sind zirka 15 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke an Igor!
