This lovely cottage is warm, friendly and homely with good quality furniture and antiques.

It comprises of a large spacious living area and includes a large TV with Freesat and an coal effect gas fire. A kitchen diner is off the main living area, all being decked out in oak wood flooring.

On the first floor can be found both a double and a twin bedded room, plus a small bathroom with shower over the bath.

Included with the cottage are a fridge and freezer, electric cooker, oven and microwave, washer / dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD player. Gas central heating, linen and towels are provided.

Staycation near Whitby North York Moors

Despite the less than perfect weather we had a very enjoyable few days and packed in many adventures near and further afield. Lots to do and keep you occupied and although the property is close to the main road through Ruswarp we were all so tired in the evening we hardly noticed any traffic noise. Would go back again 🤓

Ruswarp

Ruswarp and surrounding area beautiful, the property was on a busy road and very noisy early till late. Downstairs was spacious but seating uncomfortable and upstairs with all our party being tall was a problem, a few bumped heads. Bedding spotless but we found loads of cobwebs and the windows needed cleaning.
