Apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a quiet terrace. Children’s area, community pool, and garage in the same building PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED NOT ALLOWED SMOKING Dénia and its surroundings offer great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful historic quarter, besides an excellent gastronomic offer, without forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different water sports, chiringuitos, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is located in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are an hour’s drive away. 2 golf courses are just 10 km and 15 km respectively from the apartment: La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf.
