First, we had a hiccup at the beginning but Larry was very responsive. The place was very nice, great location and pools were very nice. Employees at the pool were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to go to universal, Disney and Discovery Cove. One thing if you have anyone in your party has issues with stairs do not rent. The stairs are many and steep. I have hip issues and after the 1st day my hip bothered me all week. We had a great time.

We are delighted this was another great stay at the property. The stairs are typical for a townhouse with numerous benefits vs. a flat design (which nearly all in Vista Cay require stairs or elevator use) such as maximum square footage within a smaller foundation footprint; distinct private sanctuary like living zones; acoustic separation; a sense of grandeur, flow, and functionality; and never having to worry about a power outage, mechanical breakdown, or waiting for a slow elevator.

We stayed for Volleyball Nationals at the OCCC and it was the perfect place for our family. Close to the OCCC and places to eat. Definitely recommend staying here, has everything you could possibly need.

As long as you're ok with stairs, this is a great place to stay. 3 comfy bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and 3.5 bathrooms were fantastic for our extended family stay.

This unit was outstanding and perfect for our family! It is close to several of the theme parks in Orlando, especially the new Epic Universe (less than two miles). All of the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shared spaces were great for meals and hanging out. The resort is safe, has lots of amenities and is close to stores and restaurants. The host provided excellent communication. We loved our stay!!

Larry checked in regularly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. One of the nicest places I've rented on VRBO, especially for the modest $$. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando.
