Enjoy this exceptional luxurious townhouse end unit. Professionally decorated with all premium furnishings, it's perfect for your next business trip or family vacation.
The unmatched location is adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center and directly across from the new EPIC Universe and Shingle Creek Golf Resort. Other exciting places such as Sea World, ICON Park, Pointe Orlando, Eye Wheel, Top Golf, and Andretti Racing are very close-by, Also, Disney and other Universal theme parks are just a short drive away.
A multi-level unit with its own driveway and garage and nearly 1800 square feet of living space, it includes three bedrooms with a king size bedroom on the lower level and both a king size and twin bedroom on the third level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and each bed has a premium luxury mattress that provides the perfect retreat after a long day at the convention center or amusement park. In addition, there is a great room and full kitchen on the second level, with new stainless-steel appliances and Cuisinart cookware set. All rooms are well appointed including extra pillows, blankets and towels. A large flat screen smart tv, with premier subscription cable tv, is in each of the bedrooms and the great room. There is also free lightning high speed internet service with a wireless router. Ceiling fans are in the great room and each bedroom for use as an alternative or complement to the properties' quiet operating HVAC system. The property also has its own driveway and garage.

The owner, Larry, is one of the Vista Cay original property owners who bought the property while on vacation because of the great potential he saw for the area as a world class tourist destination.
He enjoys seeing customers delighted with their experience staying at the property. His favorite hobby is golf and spending time with his family partaking in recreational and entertainment activities.

Larry, who lives in Massachusetts, has partnered with a local experienced Real Estate Agent who manages the property. This manager has a dedicated group of cleaners and maintenance workers who with great pride take special care keeping the property up. In addition, Larry continually updates the property with premium quality furnishings.
What makes this property unique
Some of the unique benefits are as follows:
-The property is an end unit and was built by Pulte, a quality builder, hence it is very quiet inside.
-The property has its own driveway and garage (space for two cars), unlike many Vista Cay properties that are in multi level buildings. The guest thus spends less time walking back and forth from the car and dealing with elevators, and has access to their car within several seconds of going out the door.
-The property has an electronic coded door look that does not require keys or badges. Each guest has their own door code and the door unlocks, opens, and closes easily. This setup is more efficient and saves time compared to the many Vista Cay properties that use a lock box key system.
-The HVAC is brand new. Unlike many other units, it has a variable speed blower which results in quieter operation and more precise air temperature control, and a Bi Polar Air Purifier that helps reduce mold, bacteria, and viruses and provides more healthy breathable air.
-The thermostat settings can be controlled by the guest, unlike many Vista Cay properties where it is controlled by the owner or property management company. This approach provides the customer an easy way to keep comfortable while inside the property.
