Great Apartment Stunning View

The location is breathtaking. The view from the hillside to the Cote d'Azure is fabulous. Located within easy reach of Monaco which is well worth a visit particularly if you like to see expensive cars and even more expensive yachts. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and the host very friendly and helpful.

Jolie vue mais....

Belle vue depuis la terrasse, les animaux sont acceptés sans problème mais il faut obligatoirement prendre la voiture dès que l'on sort de la propriété. A savoir qu'il n y a rien dans l'appartement lorsqu'on arrive, prévoir du café, du produit pour le lave-vaisselle, le lave-linge, savon pour les mains..etc... il manque cruellement des patères à l'entrée et dans la salle de bain où rien n'est prévu pour les vêtements ainsi qu'une étagère dans la douche pour les produits. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de grande douche dans ce logement, peut-être celui d'à côté.... C'est un appartement où l'on reste juste dormir pour qui ne veut pas spécialement un intérieur chaleureux.

Effectivement, la grande douche se trouve dans l'appartement à coté, mais vous disposez d'une douche de 80x80 comme indiqué dans l'annonce et que l'on peut voir sur les photos.La décoration de l'appartement est simple pour permettre à chacun de se reposer et de ne pas être oppressé par l'accumulation d'objet inutile. Effectivement, quand vous arrivez, il n'y a pas de café ou lessive, mais il est très facile de prévoir ce dont vous avez besoin avant d'arriver. Il s'agit d'une location saisonnière. Mais la location est à un tarif très bas pour la région, vu la situation (proche de Monaco), vue (plein sud sans vis à vis), calme, 1 place de parking réservé, WIFI...

Logement super agréable proche d'un arrêt de bus se rendant directement à Monaco ou Nice, vue très agréable sur la mère. Logement fonctionnel, le clic clac est un peu vieillot un canapé convertible de qualité serait apprécié pour le séjour pour le couchage. Mais rien d'important au vue de l'appartement avec jardin.

„Quadratisch - Praktisch - Gut“

Am Berg gelegen, mit toller Terrassen-Aussicht . Stellplatz inklusive . Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist ok. Die Geschirr- und Besteck- Menge war leider unzureichend. (und wir waren nur zu zweit) Wir haben die „Liebe“ fürs Objekt vermisst. D.h. man konnte überhaupt keine Gemütlichkeit spüren. Der Vermieter war nett. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und nur zum schlafen da sein will, ist das die richtige Unterkunft.

Einfache Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Garten

Das Appartement entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Es ist sauber, mit allem was man so braucht, ohne Schnick-Schnack. Man darf also keine besonders schön oder gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung erwarten- die Atmosphäre ist etwas kahl und die Beleuchtung sehr kühl. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wären Garderobenhaken und vielleicht ein neues Besteck. Der Blick vom Garten ist wunderbar und obwohl die Wohnung direkt unterhalb einer Schnellstrasse liegt, stört der Lärm wirklich nicht. Man vernimmt nur ein (für diese sehr verkehrsreiche Gegend normales) Grundrauschen. In der Wohnung ist nichts zu hören. Wer eine preiswerte Unterkunft sucht und keine hohen Ansprüche bzgl. Komfort oder Größe hat, ist hier richtig.

Wonderful Eze locaion with incredible views!

My wife, daughter and I had the most fantastic stay in this hillside home near Eze. Frederic and his wife were very friendly and gracious hosts, providing excellent restaurant and travel advice to explore the area. The rental property is clean and spacious with a lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea and Cap Saint Jean Ferrat. We used this as our home base while touring all around the French Riviera – it is very conveniently located, allowing us to visit Nice, Monaco, Menton, La Turbie, Eze and other lovely Riviera locations. This is a lovely place to spend time in and a perfect location to see all of the beauty of the French Riviera. Highly recommended!

Small appartment that offered everything we needed: sun, shadow, view, garden, bed, shower and kitchen. Not an ideal place for walking (the only real disadvantage), you really need a car to go to places and traffic is very heavy (but that goes for the entire region between Menton and Nice).

Appartement agréable, propre, très bien insonorisé, bien équipé. Très bien situé entre Nice et Menton avec de nombreux sites touristiques à faire. Nous avons adoré la chambre car au lever du jour, nous avons une jolie vue sur la baie de Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat. Propriétaire très agréable. Excellent séjour. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région (Monaco cap d’ail ou encore nice). L’appartement est fonctionnel (le seul bémol reste les coussins). Le jardin est au top et la vue splendide. Les propriétaires sont discrets et disponibles. Nous recommandons.
