The space

First Level: The first level welcomes you with a cozy double and twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room for all your laundry needs.

Second Level (pool level): Inside on the second level, a world of indoor elegance unfolds. Here, you'll find the full kitchen, a delightful dining area, the living room and a convenient WC.

Third Level: The third level is your private retreat within the villa. Discover the master bedroom with a private veranda overlooking the pool and the Ionian Sea, a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a rejuvenating shower. This level also features an additional double bedroom, and a single bedroom, which shares a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Exterior Features: As you step outside, the captivating outdoor spaces on the second level come into view. There is an infinity pool with a shallow and deep part, surrounded by a stone-paved terrace, that beckons for relaxation and enjoyment as well as there is also a BBQ area for delightful outdoor cooking. Lastly, there is a dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, and a cozy seating area, in front of the living room, that invites you to savour the sea's breathtaking vistas, creating the perfect backdrop for al fresco moments.

You will have access to the Main House of Villa Regina Rossa and all the facilities that this luxurious villa has to offer.
The second house is not rented in this case and will remain empty. There fore your privacy is guaranteed!
