Situated on the prestigious Presa do Moura complex close to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, this two-bedroom townhouse offers excellent facilities including large communal swimming pool with ample sun loungers and a gym.



One entrance level, the is a fully kitten kitchen and laundry area, lounge and dining area with patio doors leading to a spacious terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning view. There is also an entrance WC.

On the lower level there are two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both with en suite bathrooms. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead to garden area with sun loungers. There is an excellent restaurant just a few minutes’ walk from the property and it is conveniently situated between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. Extremely well furnished and decorated this is ideal for families or couples.

Perfect holiday home for our family of 4! Great, quiet location with parking right outside the door and the pool a short walk away. The house offers an extremely high level of comfort with its 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms can be reached via a staircase leading downstairs. The air conditioning worked great, and the kitchen is really superbly well equipped. The balcony was also a dream. Highly recommended!

This was our 3rd stay in this property and experience is consistently positive. Katharine is responsive and provides support, when required. The house is well maintained and we love its location for privacy and beautiful scenery. We rent a car, so access to beaches, restaurants and shops is not a problem for us. It is a great place to be!

A comfortable stay

We have stayed at Presa de Moura lots of times. This house was very well equipped and comfortable. It was also well positioned for the pool. We would have liked more choice of television channels. This property only has a Smart Television and being old fashioned we didn’t have lots of accounts to download programmes.

What a perfect stay!

A beautiful and fully furnished house. We were given this accommodation due to water damage to the accommodation we had originally booked and are already looking for flights next year to book this accommodation again. This time we did so deliberately. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. If you have a car, the relative distance to the nearest beach is not a problem. Everything - towns, beaches, bars and restaurants - can be reached quickly by car. Thank you for the good service before and during our stay. The cleaner was extremely careful and even emptied our dishwasher. We will definitely be back.

Nice holiday rental in quiet neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our 2-week-stay in this house. The photos on the website clearly match the spacious and well furnished interior. The only disappointment was, that although someone from the agency immediately inspected an ineffective sunshade (couldn't be tilted against the afternoon sun, holder not appropriate), nobody ever got back to us for a replacement. And the exchange packs of towels became shabbier over time. Nevertheless, five stars.

Property was as described. Lovely quiet location with easy parking. Check in was very straightforward. House was very clean and the housekeepers visited 3 times during our stay. Pool area was great, we always got sunbeds when we wanted. Great restaurant just 5 minutes walk away and if we visited Carvoeiro we parked at Monte Carvoeiro square and walked in. Negatives - poor lighting in the kitchen and the extractor fan above the hob wasn't working. The bathrooms could do with updating. We were supplied with partially used toilet rolls (surely not a great expense?!) before we bought them - and extra bin liners - from Aldi. Enjoyed our holiday and Presa de Moura is a lovely, well maintained development. It's in a quiet area but easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön, unsere Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung hatte alles was man braucht, dennoch war der Grill etwas zu klein und unpraktisch zum grillen. Es war sehr ruhig, jedoch sollte man bedecken das es sehr außerhalb ist. Doch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Zum abschalten und relaxen war es jedoch sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir würden es immer wieder weiter empfehlen.
