Authentic Norman farmhouse in a village: Spa, nature, and Wi-Fi

Welcome to our farmhouse for those who love the authenticity of a Norman peasant house. It is located in the charming village of Montfort-sur-Risle, with all shops, a supermarket and services within walking distance.
Our house is pleasant, furnished with antique objects and having kept its original character: quiet, facing south with a view of the Risle valley, and on the edge of the large forest of Montfort with the ruins of its medieval castle on the heights.
You will also appreciate the garden and the terrace with its furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs and deckchairs). You can cook on the gas barbecue and relax in the inflatable spa.
Our house consists of:
- On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a dining room with a stove, a living room with open fireplace and a TV + DVD player, a dressing room, a shower room and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 180cm bed, 2 adjoining bedrooms with a 140cm bed and 2 120cm beds) with 2 TVs and 2 DVD players. A landing room with a 160cm sofa bed with toys and board games.
- a heated indoor jacuzzi spa area (open from April to September).

Nearby: 40km cycle path (Greenway), hiking, tennis, canoeing, fishing, equestrian centre and other activities.
To visit: the listed village of Bec Hellouin is 10km away, the small town of Brionne its Sunday market and its leisure centre and Pont-Audemer ("little Norman Venice") its many shops and its market 13km away. The historic port of Honfleur is 35km away and the Normandy beaches next door.
Bernay train station 25 minutes away by car.
Bus line 380 "Evreux/Pont-Audemer/Honfleur" passes through the village.

Check-in after 16:00 - check-out before 10:00.

Linen and sheets are not provided, possibility of rental.
Gatherings and parties are not allowed.
During the school holidays, the rental goes from Saturday to Saturday.
