Fantastic Mallorcan house with beautiful garden and pool.

The property is located in a quiet area of Santa Margalida, in a relaxed atmosphere, but very close to everything you need and only a few minutes drive from the best beaches of Mallorca.

It can accommodate up to 4 people, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the living room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Beautiful outdoor area with a large terrace and garden, swimming pool and barbecue, where you can enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Exceptional

Wunderschöne Wochen!

Wir verbrachten 5 wundervolle Wochen zu zweit mit unserem Hund in Santa Margalida. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns in der Villa wie zuhause. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war die Lage am Ortsrand mit großem Grundstück und die Nähe zum Meer und einem schönen Hundestrand. Die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Eigentümerehepaars hat uns überwältigt. Z. B. wurde die verkalkte Kaffeemaschine umgehend ausgetauscht oder wir wurden mit unserem Hund nach einer Autopanne abgeholt. Bei Ankunft gab es Wein und Backwaren. Jede Woche wurde der Außenbereich und der Pool gesäubert sowie der Müll entsorgt. Gefallen hat uns, dass es ein großes Sofa gab. Auf den Fotos waren zwei einzelne Sessel zu sehen. Abends genossen wir ein Glas Wein auf der Dachterrasse aus dem Weingut in der Nähe. Einziger Nachteil: Morgens früh gab es manchmal etwas Lärm im dahinterliegenden Lager. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
