This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Catalunya, two of the city's main attractions.

It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi.

The apartment has been completely refurbished in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and it has a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

The main bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. The second bedroom features a pull-out bed - 2 single beds, one stored under the other when not in use, wardrobes, and a desk/work area. The elegant bathroom, complete with a shower cubicle, has towels made available upon arrival at the apartment.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park about 300 metres from the apartment.

Parties or stag/hen groups are not allowed.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards

Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.
