Had a great time and this place is awesome. We were very comfortable in our stay and location was excellent. Very near the Metro and groceries and restaurants. Rafaela was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this place

Cute place to stay while visiting Rome

Great place for a small family. At first was alarmed by all the graffiti on the exterior of buildings. It became apparent that graffiti is the norm and can be found all over the city except in upper class neighborhoods. Checking in with owner was easy and was provided instructions. Getting into the condominium was a bit frustrating. I did not know I would have to make a call to provided phone number. I thought it was a code to enter. Fortunately, I had previously purchased an international pass. Once number was dialed correctly, the door unlocked. A helpful tip: it seems the ground floor is considered "0" floor in Italy. Check-in instructions said go to 1st floor and we thought that meant ground floor. We accidently disturbed neighbors. 2nd floor is considered first floor in Italy. The dial pad to unlock door to apartment was super easy. There is no doorknob but the locking mechanism has a button to push when wanting to open door from inside.The main bed was super comfortable. A firm memory foam. There was also a cot in same room that was just a bit smaller than a twin that accomodated our 18 year old. The younger children shared a sofa bed in living area. The apartment was smaller than expected but suited our purposes just fine. The bedroom and living area has room air conditioning units we were very thankful to have. The units made it just barely cool enough that we could actually sleep comfortably. It was still a little too warm for our tastes but our portable fanhelped

This is the door to enter into condominium. Notice the number 88 is high and to the right of the door. Will need to dial and call provided phone number to unlock door.
The front door to apartment on 1st floor (US: 2nd floor). The keypad was very easy to use. Just follow check-in instructions.

Apartamento adecuado para 4 personas (dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y cocina/comedor con sofá-cama dos plazas muy cómodo y baño con plato de ducha, todo muy limpio. Barrio muy animado por la noche con precios competitivos. Ubicación fuera de las murallas pero no tan lejos del centro. Metro Pigneto al lado que va hasta San Giobanni donde puedes coger otra línea de metro que va hasta Termini y desde allí hacer transbordo hasta el centro de la ciudad. Relación calidad-precio excepcional. En general, muy recomendable.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Tiene un dormitorio amplio, con placares grandes y ventana al exterior con doble vidrio y persiana que aísla del ruido exterior de la ciudad. Cama matrimonial excelente, mesa de trabajo con silla y otra cama plegada que cabe en la misma habitación. Tiene un comedor con mesa y cuatro sillas y un sofá que se hace cama doble, también muy cómodo. Cocina con anafe eléctrico a inducción. Bacha para lavar la vajilla. Microondas, calentador de agua eléctrico, cafetera de cápsulas y heladera. Vajilla. Elementos de limpieza. Baño completo, con bidet y ducha. Todos los ambientes tienen ventanas con doble vidrio y persianas. Todo excelente. Primer piso. Altamente recomendable. Estación de Metro, Linea C, Pigneto, a 200 metros.

Conforme à nos attentes. Une chambre pour 3, une climatisation plus que bienvenue! Un quartier branché et animé le soir. Et un bus ( le 81, climatisé) au bout de la via pigneto qui dessert presque tous les sites historiques.

El departamento es hermoso, limpio y muy cómodo. Eramos 4 mujeres adultas y nos resultó perfecto. La ubicación está muy cerca de un sitio con mucha vida nocturna. Considerar que esta frente a las vías del tren, por lo que el tránsito es bastante ruidoso.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment, appartement très propre et assez pratique avec le métro à 150 mètres. Concernant la literie, le canapé lit n’est pas confort et fait énormément de bruit, les lits de la chambre sont en revanche très bien.
