Brilliantly furnished, characterful barn conversion located in the picturesque village of Bempton.. All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 42" Smart TV, DVD Player, Games, Woodburner

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request), 32" Smart TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Front garden (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children or babies.. Puffin Lodge is set over one level, walk in to an open plan living space which offers a well-equipped kitchen area and plentiful living space. This area also comes complete with a fantastic wood burner and a beamed ceiling that really helps to make this a memorable place to stay. Into the master bedroom you will find a great super kingsize ottoman bed and en-suite shower room.
Bempton is an ideal holiday location for exploring the East Yorkshire Coast with miles of award-winning beaches. The RSPB sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs, is just 1½ miles away, where you can take in super views across to Flamborough Head whilst spotting the many rare bird species safely nesting.
Scattered across the East Yorkshire Coast are many quaint villages with shops and inns in abundance. Filey is only 5 miles away, boasting a 5 mile stretch of award-winning sands and a long promenade with many restaurants, and Flamborough is 3 miles. The historic city of York is only an hour away, with its beautiful Minster and shops in the famous Shambles. Take a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors steam railway from Pickering to Whitby. Within Bempton, there are lots of amenities within a short stroll with the village shop and pub close by. Shop 80 yards, pub 170 yards, restaurant 2¾ miles.

A beautiful well equipped cottage in an ideal location.Quiet village but close to Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.A very generous welcome pack and the log burner kept us toasty warm even though we had snow outside.

Perfect cottage for two.Beautifully furnished and decorated.Lovely bathroom with walk in shower.Very comfortable bed and generous welcome pack.The owners have considered the needs of their customers and provided 5 star accommodation..We hope to visit again in the not too distant future.Definitely worth the long drive from Somerset.

Puffin Lodge is a lovely cottage, quiet and peaceful, spotlessly clean and comfortable, ideal for two people with the owners living on site. We arrived to find a very generous welcome pack consisting of milk, eggs, cake, wine and lots more snacks and treats which was very kind and much appreciated. Situated in Bempton village the cottage is close to Bridlington and even closer to the spectacular Bempton Cliffs, Flamborough Head, North Landing and the lovely Thornwick Bay. A nice pub is just a few minutes down the road serving good food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Puffin Lodge and would return and recommend.

Puffin Lodge is outstanding. Spotless, tastefully furnished, cosy and everything you need (without exception) for your perfect holiday. An extremely kind and generous (totally unexpected) Welcome Pack provided and helpful, friendly hosts to welcome you and always ready to offer help if needed. Definitely highly recommended. Perfectly situated for travel to places of interest including wildlife.
