Beautiful villa , beautiful scenery

Very secluded and totally private. Great pool which was cleaned by the charming owner. Laura the agent is an extremely lovely lady and always happy to help with any request. You 100% need a car as the good supermarket ( Follonica) is @ 10 miles away. Brilliant little , historic villages to visit and Siena , Florence & Pisa are @ an hour and a half away. Only slight criticism is the 2 showers are small and there’s no bath . My wife and I loved the tranquility of the villa in the beautiful Tuscan hills and would definitely recommend and return .

Großes alleinstehendes Haus mit Pool

Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Tolle, Auffahrt, sehr großer und aufwendig angelegter Garten, super Pool und eine traumhafte Aussicht, weil das Haus auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Im Garten ein Außenofen und Sitzmöglichkeit und ein zweiter, toller Tisch Richtung Pool. Die 2 Wohnungen bieten eigentlich alles was man braucht, irgendwie ist es aber in die Jahre gekommen. Bäder schön, unten neu. Das untere Schlafzimmer war ein wenig muffig weil schon älter (geputzt war aber überall gut), viel viel Deko. Das Haus ist zwar großzügig und alleine gelegen, aber man hört die Straße und den Zug deutlich wenn der Wind entsprechend steht (was aber täglich war). Das muss man wissen und wenn man die totale Ruhe sucht, ist das nicht das richtige Objekt. Die Übergabe und Organisation hat super geklappt, Danke nochmals an Laura, die jederzeit ansprechbar war. Die zur Sicherheit angebrachten 2 Außenkameras haben mich irritiert.

Liebe Frau Ute, vielen Dank für die Beratung Ich will nur sagen dass die Kameras nicht betriebsbereit sind. Wie ich Sie sagte, als Sie ankamen. Sie wurden nur zur Abschreckung angebracht, da das Haus im Winter für mindestens 6 Monate geschlossen bleibt und um vorsätzliches Böses zu erschrecken. Grüße Laura
