Villa in Roccamare with private beach and garden

In a secluded, private and charming environment, you can spend a wonderful vacation away from the chaos, surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean scrub, immersed in nature full of scents and pure air.
The villa is composed as follows: large living room, veranda dining room, peninsula kitchen, No. 4 bedrooms plus a study room with a sofa bed for a total of 12 beds, 3 bathrooms including one "for guests" in the entrance. It is surrounded by zoned garden (large rectangular table for lunch/breakfast, outdoor kitchen with stove and two tables, sofa area, hammocks). The wildlife is varied, there are numerous species of birds, from herons to jays and hoopoes that feed directly on the lawn in the garden.
It takes 5 minutes to reach the sea on foot. The beach is equipped with private canopies and reed changing rooms; there are no umbrellas or showers or refreshment stations. Although the beach is not private, it is frequented by residents of the pine forest and therefore uncrowded even during peak periods.
The house has air conditioning in No. 3 bedrooms and fans when needed. There is Wi-Fi and Sky TV; there are no mosquito nets. Linens are provided (1 weekly change). Final cleaning is charged to the client (80/100 euros). Also provided is basic supply of detergent and hand soap.
