B) Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with large half-covered terrace where you can also eat with a view of the pool and garden.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single or double beds according to your needs, 1 living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD digital TV terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter, mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer.

The two apartments have been carefully created by the owner, who maintaining the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan country house with exposed interiors and vaults, handmade brick arches, has made them elegant and very comfortable.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and can enjoy large spaces in the garden equipped with tables for outdoor dining. The structure is family-run so the reception, availability around the clock, the guests are guaranteed the maximum comfort for their stay by providing information and reservations for horseback riding, dinners at the restaurant, excursions to the numerous natural parks, centers wellness, visits to Etruscan archaeological sites, medieval villages, festivals and village festivals of the moment.
