About this property

Fantastic duplex with views to the ocean and mountains in a silent area close to both the beach and shopping zones.

Freshly remodeled duplex with one single bedroom, a double bedroom and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with jacuzzi bathtub), a second bathroom, private back garden with garden shower, two terraces and two garage spaces. The two living room sofas can be opened to use as beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the garden includes a barbecue, one of the terraces has a small breakfast area (it is where the sun first hits) and the terrace underneath a chill-out zone. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are just down the road. The closest shopping centre is 15 minutes walk away.

Internet, cable television(x2), Bluetooth sound system, beach towels, bathroom towels, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, hair straightener, fully-equipped kitchen, barbecue and garden shower.

The back garden is great for sunbathing as it is completely sheltered and has views to a privately owned mountainous area that is rarely frequented.

The area has great services including the Gran Sur shopping centre, the Aqua Club Termal Spa, the Golf Del Sur golf club, restaurants and the Colegio Internacional Costa Adeje school. The World-famous Siam Park is just a 5 minute drive away and so is the best known party area including the Papagayo Beach Club, winner of the Best World Beach Club Award 2016.

Two weeks in Costa Adeje

I really liked the appartment we rented for our stay in Costa Adeje. It has everything you need to stay with a family with kids. The patio behind the kitchen gives you a lot of privacy and can be used as a dining area. It is equipped with a gas grill, which I used a number of times. The kitchen could have more electrical outlets, so bring an adapter. The owner was helpful and always reacted quickly.
