Villa Solar - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

A brand new build villa on a private urbanisation close to Roldan, a busy Spanish town with plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, supermarket etc.



This beautiful villa features its own private swimming pool, modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer along with coffee machine.



There are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and also a family bathroom. Outside you will find plenty of room to relax on comfortable sofas and there is a dining set on the ground floor. Upstairs on the solarium there is a huge area to sunbathe and an outdoor kitchen preparation area with lighting.



There is a 45 inch TV with access to Netflix, HBO and several other TV services.

Highly recommend

Very nice and new villa with lovely swimming pool. Location grounds well maintained. Quiet environment close to charming authentic Spanish village of Roldan. The resort will be further expanded with sports fields/padel and a nice swimming lake with beach. Also a restaurant and supermarket will be built in coming year. Highly recommended.
