This modern and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is located in the centre of the old town of Split, directly opposite the East wall of Diocletion's Palace with open views of the Palace walls and St.Duje's tower.
The Peristil, St. Duje's Cathedral and the Riva Waterfront Promenade, the city’s most attractive sights as well as restaurants, popular cafes, shops, exclusive boutiques, galleries and museums are A STEP OUTSIDE your door.
Town's green market, fishmarket, groceries, bakeries, supermarkets and a bank are IN THE IMMEDIATE surroundings.
The Main Bus and the Train Station, as well as the Ferry Port with everyday's links to nearby islands (Brac, Hvar, Šolta, Vis, Korcula), are only 5 minutes of walk from the apartment.

The apartment comfortably fits 4 persons and offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating and cable flat TV( HDMI, USB) with more than 50 international channels.
This comfortable apartment contains a spacious open plan living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking essentials, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic stove, toaster.
Master bedroom provides comfortable, king size bed(extra large 180x200cm) and wardrobe.
The large sofa in the open plan living room converts to queen size bed for two persons.
The private bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries and laundry detergent.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a protected 19st century stone building in Hrvojeva street.

The sandy BACVICE beach awarded with a Blue Flag, famous for numerous bars, restaurants and patisseries, as well as the vibrant nightlife, is within a walking distance of the apartment( 5min).
Location is also in walking distance from Marjan hill covered with pine forest which provides a perfect settings for good hiking and cycling, children’s playgrounds, an observation point and beautiful natural and gravel beaches.
Split Airport is 25 km away. The front desk can arrange shuttle services at an extra charge.

Great Spot for a Trip to Split

This was a great cozy spot to stay for a few nights in Split! Everything you need is just a few steps away. Whether you are visiting Diocletian's Palace, grabbing a bite to eat, walking the riva, catching a bus, or taking the shuttle to the mall, you are only a few minutes away. What a perfect location!

Incredible location, Great apartment.

We arrived early and the host was able to allow us to store our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. The location is within a minute walk to the Silver Gate of the Diocletian Palace. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to the bus stop and waterfront. The apartment was very clean and was as described.

Great Location in Old Town

This place is located right in the middle of everything and so great for exploring Old Town. We had our 7 month old baby with us and a cot was provided. It was quiet at night for sleeping. The host communicated well and answered any questions. We'd recommend it!

Perfect Location and Quiet Apartment

We were thrilled with the location - just outside of the gate of the Diocletian Palace, along with a cool bar - The Daltonism - just a few doors down. We had great access to the sights as well as the Ferry and Bus stations. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Everything was well stocked and the washing machine allowed us to pack fewer clothes for the trip. The apartment was quiet - no noise from the street or other apartments. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent location. Can’t fault that. Within walking distance to the Promenade, ferry ports, supermarkets, wet market & lovely restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. Host was very kind to let us check out later than the stipulated time. Thank you Angelica. The only disadvantage is you can hear people talking as they walk pass the apartment along the popular path leading to the promenade at night but that doesn’t seem to bother me much.

Perfect location

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location to see all the sights of Old Town Split- just outside the walls of Diocletians Palace. We enjoyed walking down the street to the farmers market for fresh fruit in the mornings and grabbing cappuccinos and pastries at various cafés nearby. Perfect walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, gelato, the Riva, Marjan Park, bus station and ferry port. The washing machine/dryer was much appreciated and detergent and a drying rack was provided as well. Andelka was a wonderful host, the apartment was clean and had everything needed for our 4 night stay. She even let us extend our check out time since rain was forecast and our ferry left later in the day. Thank you Andelka!

Nice apartment with great location

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The living room and kitchen were well equipped. The location was perfect. Look out the window and you see the Palace. The Green market with outside stalls is steps away. Very modern considering the building is 1000+ years old. A real treat. Only negative is it is on the 2nd floor, which is really 3rd floor. No elevator so it keeps you fit. Owner was fantastic. A pleasure to work with. 100% recommend.

Great location, but …

It was a great location. Host was responsive. But the apartment was in need of some sprucing up. The walls were dirty and banged up. The bed, while comfortable, was on the floor. There were no toiletries other than a tiny amount of shampoo enough for 1 wash, no soap other than some at the sink for your hands. There was a washer/dryer unit, which was a plus. There is no free parking, you have to find paid parking somewhere on the street Or in a parking lot about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

Fantastic location!

Angelika's apartment is extremely well located just outside the walls of Diocletian's Palace. We loved being able to step out the door and go through the gate into the Palace just a block away. This is a modern apartment in an old building. You can't drive right to the apartment, but Angelika gave us directions to a nearby parking lot. The apartment is well outfitted, but one item in the description is misleading. There is a good washing machine, but there is no electric dryer. I don't think that any apartments in Croatia have electric dryers. The locals hang up their clothes for drying. There is a drying rack in the apartment.

Excellent Host & Apartment

This apartment and its location were excellent -- just outside Split's Old City Walls -- easy walk to Buses, Ferries and the Riva. Apartment was modern, clean and well-equipped, including a washer & dryer (almost unheard of in Europe). Andelka met us upon check-in offering cold drinks and tons of local restaurant and touring suggestions and was quick to respond both before, during and after the booking. Apartment has a full kitchen (and large kitchen table) and cold A/C. I could stay here for a month. Things to note for the mobility challenged, though not complaints: apartment is up approximately 3 flights of stairs, the bed is very low to the ground and the shower is a bit awkward -- sliding doors with a narrow opening and a large entry step with no grab bar. If you're reading this, book this apartment... you'll be happy you did! ;-)

Andelka is a great host! She replied to e-mail promptly and answered all of my questions. She's engaging and provided us with maps and talked us through some of her favorite areas, restaurants, and things to do. Nice! This apartment is in a perfect location to explore all of Split. It is right next to the silver gate of Diocletian's palace and all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. But with all of that activity the apartment is quiet and comfortable. Andelka's apartment is spotlessly clean and well appointed. It has all of the amenities that you need to self cater your holiday. We ate out most days but there is a full kitchen with all the pots, pans and dishes if one chose to cook in. No dedicated coffee maker but there is an electric hot water maker. We chose to go hang out with the local folks by the fresh market and drink coffee and chat in the a.m. We loved that it had a good air conditioner and washing machine. The neighborhood felt very safe and we wandered around both early in the mornings and later in the evenings without any hesitations. The apartment is close to everything; bus, taxis, ferry terminal, Riva, museums, galleries, green market, fish market, etc. Bakery, and cafe bar 50 meters, barber shop right below the apartment, pharmacy 1/2 block away, small grocery store right around the corner. There are ample ATMs (bancomats) all over the place and one is right inside the Silver gate. I don't have any negatives to say about Andelka's apartment and would definitely recommend it to a single or couple. It may be tight for more than 2 people although I think the couch may pull out (but we did not try it)
