Nice house, great view, fantastic roof terace and swimming pool

All what you see on the pictures is there, great BBQ and pool with fantastic view over Funchal city and the sea. Very helpful owner, all clean and well looked after. Bar local meat restaurant just around the corner. Max 10 min drive ftom city center. Sleeps well on sofa bed 2-4 adults can sleep here; enjoyable big terace om the roof ! Including bath and swimming towels, very nice. Enjoyed it very much !

Séjour de 12 jours dans le même hébergement. Possibilité de découvrir toute l'île à partir de Funchal. Gite bien situé dans Funchal avec accès simple à la voie rapide. Possibilité de se garer devant le gîte. Attention route passante ! Belle terrasse avec vue sur la baie mais pas directement accessible du gîte. Propriétaire sympathique et discret parlant bien le français. Très belle piscine.

La propriété est divisée en 4 : la maison du propriétaire et une autre divisée en 3 appartements. Le nôtre - une ancienne fabrique de couscous - ne possédait aucune fenêtre ce qui le rend sombre et un peu oppressant. Une porte donne directement sur la rue et une autre sur le jardin. L’appartement est bizarrement conçu : il faut passer par la chambre pour aller de la cuisine à la salle à manger. Appréciable : une belle terrasse attenante à la maison en haut d’un petit escalier et accès possible à la piscine de la propriété.

Chère Chrystelle, merci pour votre commentaire, qui est très important pour nous. Je voudrais juste mentionner, contrairement à ce que vous dites, que l'appartement a des fenêtres dans toutes les pièces, dans la chambre une fenêtre de 200x1 mt et dans la cuisine de 1,20 x1 mt. peut-être parce que les fenêtres ont du verre opaque et sont orientées au nord, ce n'est qu'en fin d'après-midi qu'il y a plus de lumière. Dans tous les cas, il est prévu que dans les prochains jours, nous installions de nouvelles fenêtres avec verre thermique et stores, ce qui rendra l'appartement plus agréable. Nous espérons que vous reviendrez pour voir les améliorations, vous serez toujours les bienvenus !

Retiro relaxante

A comunicação com a Isabel e o Luiz foi excelente e ambos são muito simpáticos. A D. Fátima (governanta) também foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Todo o espaço (interior e exterior) estava limpo e vivemos bons momentos de descanso, relaxamento e diversão.
