This wonderful villa located on the beachfront is situated in the exclusive area of Las Rotas.In front of the house runs a beautiful promenade that runs along the southern coast of the city of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique locations.The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people.The property's garden is very spacious, and it has lawn areas as well as other areas with flooring, for the greater comfort of our clients. The swimming pool is covered (not heated).Upon entering the house, we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. It also has a fireplace, which makes it very cosy during the winter months. Additionally, it has air conditioning for cold/heat throughout the accommodation (with the exception of one of the bedrooms). Next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary, electric ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.Following the corridor, we find one of the bathrooms, as the property has two complete shower rooms, one of them en suite, and a bathroom with a washbasin and WC also en suite.Next to it is the first bedroom with a single bed, opposite it is one with a double bed, and right at the end of the corridor is another double bed room.In general, the property has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, private pool, garage and parking in the same building.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor are WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
