Its basic structure has blinds, tiled floors, central A/C air conditioning, 1 double bed of 1,50 x 1,90 m, two single beds of 0,90 m x 1,90 m, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and vitroceramic hob, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Internet WIFI, SAT-TV, built-in wardrobes, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, outside terrace, big community pool, outside shower, lawn, parking space for one car, and much more.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
This apartament is located in the residential complex Mirador Sapunta at 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Dènia. Just 2 minutes walk from the famous "Via Verda" footpath that crosses the three towns of the Marina Alta of Dènia, Ondara and El Verger. Built for sports lovers, it runs through these three villages on the old railway tracks which have been converted into a beautiful path full of green areas. A 5 minute walk away there is a sports complex with free access for anyone who wants to use its facilities (athletics track, base football, basketball, rugby...) and to complete the sporting offer there are also two tennis schools just 6 minutes walk away. If you want to enjoy a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea then you don‘t have to go far as you can reach the famous sandy beach of Las Marinas in just a few minutes by car. You can also enjoy the vivid summer atmosphere of the centre of Dènia without having to look for a car parking space as you can walk everywhere from here.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- x1 high chair for 20€/baby
