As part of our deluxe collection, this spacious 94 square meter apartment, with included terrace, located in our Benal Beach complex, has a large private terrace, is clean and bright everywhere and offers an impressive view of the Mediterranean.

This recently renovated apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large southeast-facing terrace with sea view where you can enjoy breakfast under the magnificent morning sun while admiring the spectacular view. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for 4 people.



From the kitchen, you access the large open living room that is illuminated thanks to the large doors that lead to the private terrace. The living room has a large double sofa bed. Satellite television with multilingual channels and air conditioning.



Go out to your large private terrace at any time of the day, where you will find an outdoor dining area for 6 people, 3 sun loungers and a large pergola for that much-needed shade. Here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and the mountains.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



Located at the front of this apartment, you will find its spacious, air-conditioned double bedroom where you will wake up to enjoy this impressive sea view. A large double walk-in closet and access to its private terrace.



Just a few steps from the room, you will find the bathroom, recently renovated, spacious and with a shower.



Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (supplement), bar/restaurant, pool bar, game room, etc.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, so we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.



Tourist options in Benalmádena:
