Wonderful hidden gem

On a hot, muggy Venetian summer day, this oasis with air conditioning was wonderful to return to each day for a mid-day escape from the heat and a refreshing home away from home at the end of a tiring day. Laura gave us so many great suggestions for foods, coffee, gelato, and more. The location was so convenient as well.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Venice! The neighborhood was quaint and more quiet- away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco, etc. Some excellent restaurants / cafes within steps. The apartment was very comfortable - everything we needed. The best part- the staff! They were so responsive and so very helpful, they went above and beyond! Would def stay there again.

The accomodations and support service, from initial booking, to booking water taxis, to the welcome on arrival were excellent in all respects. We have been lucky enough to visit Venice several times and we always use, and recommend, Views on Venice.

Lovely apartment in great location which was quiet but near all essential features.

Location, quietness, very convenient for amenities The only criticism was one of the bedside lights did not work on arrival and throughout our stay. This was known by VOV before our arrival as they were waiting for an electrician with required parts to repair. Fortunately we were able to get over the lack of a bedside light not working by moving a standard light next to the bedside.

Nice apartment, good location, communication process needs improvement

The apartment is visually pleasing, well-equipped, very comfortable and the location is quiet while still being close to key boat stops. Our major issue was the communication process and check in. We had difficulties with coordinating with the staff person who was to let us into the apartment, a major issue with the apartment not being ready for us when we arrived, and then conflicting and clearly uncoordinated information among other staff about how we would be recompensed for these problems (that continued through the check-out process). In contrast, the property managers responded quickly and thoroughly to an infrastructure issue in the apartment. So the experience was mixed. A pity because the apartment has much to offer.

Ein Refugium

Eine freundliche Dame (Adrieen) holte uns am Bootsanleger ab und führte uns zur stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in absolut ruhiger, schattiger und sympathischer Umgebung. Ein wunderbarer und komfortabler Rückzugsort nach langen Stadtwanderungen, Museumsbesuchen und Bootsfahrten. Entspannung und Gelassenheit! Unser Programm wurde frei von Stress.

A gem!

An amazing little apartment in a sweet quiet neighborhood. We loved exploring the area around the house which was in an incredible location. We will be back! The kitchen was well supplied except for a cutting board, and the oven was a bit tricky to figure out.

Das Apartment ist aktuell überteuert.

Dies war unser 9. Aufenthalt in Venedig und die komplizierteste Abwicklung vor Ort. Die Matratze passte nicht zur Basis (10 cm zu schmal auf beiden Seiten). Der Topper war auf beiden Seiten 10 cm zu breit. Die Küchenstühle waren so hoch dass man den Küchentisch nicht benutzen konnte. Die Leselampe am Bett funktionierte nicht. Wir werden bei dieser Agentur nicht wieder buchen. Fotos liegen vor.

Das Bett und die Matratze sind neu und nach Maß gemacht, die Hocker sind auch für den Küchentisch nach Maß angefertigt worden, dementsprechend wundert uns Ihre Beschwerde. Um schnellst möglich Probleme zu lösen steht unseren Kunden eine Telefonnummer zur Verfügung die 24 Stunden am Tag erreichbar ist.
