La Bella Villa Quintecita

Rosanna is a superb Superhost who is attentive, friendly, very reachable throughout your stay. The Quintecita Villa is an ideal place from which to explore Catania and the Cyclopian coastline near Acitrezza or do some trekking up Mt. Etna. The guest apartment is very well-appointed and has everything you need, including ice cold A/C and a beatiful pool.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast bei Rosanna und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Ambiente sehr ansprechend und wie im Portal beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen können.Mit Rosanna funktionierte der Austausch unkompliziert per WhatsApp, sie und ihre Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps. Vom Ferienhaus aus erreicht man Catania in ca 10 Auto- Minuten , der Strand ist ca 20 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Jeden Morgen wurden wir auf der Terrasse mit einem Super Blick zum Ätna belohnt. Hier stimmt das ganze Paket aus Ruhe, relaxen und wohlfühlen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, vielen Dank Rosanna.

Heerlijk huis, heerlijk zwembad. Ondanks dat je op het terrein van de eigenaren verblijft heb je voldoende privacy. Zij spreken zelf nauwelijks Engels maar bij ontvangst was dochter aanwezig die het wel sprak. Verder fijne communicatie via de app en Translate. Comfortabel dakterras onsfeervol verlicht maar met een fantastisch uitzicht op de Etna. Zwembad was geweldig; fijne temperatuur, mooie verlichting en ook 's avonds toegankelijk. Keuken prima gefaciliteerd.

Ruhe gesucht und gefunden! :)

Wir haben hier bei Rosanna eine ruhige und entspannte Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool war bei dem warmen Wetter erfrischend, die Dachterrasse war super zum Chillen und sonnen und hatte einen wunderschönen Rundumblick u.a. auch ab und zu auf den Ätna. Daß die Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, merkt man kaum. Ein Auto ist hier aber unbedingt ein Muss. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen 😊👍

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passons un excellent séjour et tout était parfait : l'accueil, le logement, la piscine. L'appartement était très propre, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite cours intérieure ainsi que la terrasse toit qui nous était réservés. La cuisine d'été et la machine à laver étaient très pratique ! La piscine est grande et très propre également. Les hôtes sont des personnes adorables et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
