Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn back bedspreads on all used beds to let the housekeeper know what beds were used. Do not strip the beds!
Please run one load of towels in the washer - Do not overload the washer more than 1/2 full. Please run one load.
Pile any remaining used/soiled towels in the shower for the housekeeper.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Children under 5 yrs old please! Absolutely No Pets Allowed other than Owners Pets. Guests will be asked to leave with a refund.

The property was perfect. It did not disappoint and the view was amazing. Pajaro Dunes is our go to place for a calm beach vacation. This condo was well maintained and cleaned. The communication with the host was excellent as was the check in process.

Perfect weekend getaway to the beach

A great condo in a wonderful location. Condo itself is in great condition and kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. Condo is on the third floor (hence the nice view of the ocean) but it isn't an issue with ramps (not stairs) and carts are provided. Beach access was easy and the wide beach was great for walking.

Beautiful Condo in Pajaro Dunes!

We have been staying here for the last few years and the condo is comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view of the ocean! Sandy is such pleaaure to work wlth, responsive and kind! Definitely, consider this place as your next location for a relaxing vacation!

Wonderful wedding weekend

My fiance (and now hubby) and i stayed at this beautiful and spacious condo during our wedding weekend! We sipped coffee in front of the breathtaking view and watched dolphins jump in the surf! Absolutely magical and we can’t recommend it enough!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties, and this condo is one of the top 2 on our list. A beautiful location along the ocean and within close proximity to Carmel/Monterey and Santa Cruz. We could not have been happier with the privacy, cleanliness and location of this condo. The condo is decorated with an attention to detail and the kitchen is fully stocked with every possible amenity. The owner if responsive and checking in and out was easy. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year! If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay and enjoy taking walks on the beach, this is your spot!

The Perfect Getaway

This location was unbeatable as it included a lovely view of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves was an absolute highlight. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. The beach was just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the long stretch of shoreline for a leisurely walk. This condo provided the ideal setting for a rejuvenating and memorable long weekend. Pictures don't do justice!

Had a waondeful staycation at your condo! Pictures dont do justice, you have to see it for yourself and the views are breathtaking. Weve stayed at several, condos, townhouses and houses at pajaro dunes but this one has to be at top. For someone who does all the packing, there were so many extras provided which were all much appreciated (spices, dish soap, bar soaps, all supplies needed to cook a njce dinner, ziplock bags, foil and saran wrap and more). Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo! Will be back!

Excellent return visit

2nd stay at this wonderful condo in the past month or so. The unit location is excellent, the amenities are plentiful, and privacy & safety abound. The unit owner is very passionate about her guests having a memorable experience - and Sandy is batting .1000 for me! Don't hesitate, you will be very pleased with this unit.

Fantastic!

Great little corner gem! Great views. Only complaint is how loud the H2O heater is in the twin bed bedroom closet. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would come again!!

Sandy went well and beyond to make sure everything is 5-Star. From labels, a complete binder with step by step “how do’s”, communications and overall concerns that our stay was seamless, enjoyable and relaxing. Listen to the waves

The ocean, beach, & valley view was incredible from this lovely 3rd floor condo, it had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay enjoyable & relaxing. The beds were comfortable and you can fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves. The kitchen had a great selection of very nice cookware, dishes, small appliances, and lots of extras. The electric fireplace was nice for the cool evenings and the deck was great in the morning with coffee. We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas but opted for walking along the beautiful beach. This is one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed at, looking forward to coming back again soon!

Beautiful Location and Peaceful Stay

This condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I stayed here to take a few days away to contemplate a transition and make plans. It was the perfect space to do that. Because I was staying there alone, I wanted a safe space. This is a gated community about a mile long. There is plenty of space for long walks on sidewalks or on the beach. The sunsets are magnificent. Tennis and Pickleball courts provide enough recreational space for those passionate about that. It is only 10 minutes from a grocery store in an agricultural area of CA. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo

This condo is beautiful and a lot of amenities are provided. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The view is amazing! The check in process was ok, the person in the office didn’t give me keys and I didn’t remember until we drove all the way down to the building but she gave me the parking permit. So we drove back and was told there was a power outage so they hadn’t gotten the email from the owner about the keys. I thought it was odd since we could have checked in earlier and the power had just gone out apparently. The person kept answering phone calls and I had to wait to get the keys so I feel it could have been a smoother process. Maybe she was new, not sure. The owner was great about getting back to us about the power outage and it did come back on so we could make dinner. The beach is beautiful and peaceful! Bird watching is incredible and we saw otters, dolphins and a baby sea lion swimming by. We also experienced the cycle of life at the beach as there were 2 dead sea lions to the north which kind of smelled. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo!

What a delight place to stay! Beautiful view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, miles of sand to walk, and gorgeous sunsets! The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The decor was charming with its pelican theme. Did I mention the hundreds of pelicans on the nearby beach and flying overhead? The best beach vacation we have ever had!

My husband and I grew up in San Jose and frequently spent time in the Santa Cruz beach area. We moved to Grass Valley and raised our family in the country but found ourselves renting vacation homes at various beach areas in California a few times a year.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Pajaro Dunes because of its location situated right on the beach - not down a rugged cliff, and the warm weather of the area pretty much year-round. The best part about it is: It's not crowded!
It is surrounded by ocean on the one side and acres of beautiful farmland on the other. We are just physically steps from the sand with unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean, overlooking Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz.

What makes this property unique

Pajaro Dunes is truly a natural paradise of tranquility. We love watching the wildlife in their natural habitat such as pelicans, various sea birds, sea otters, dolphins, California gray whales/humpbacks/killer whales migrating to Alaska or Mexico. Every time we visit our condo we spot whales in the bay and identify a new seabird or a native blooming plant. We love taking advantage of the areas fresh caught seafood and the freshly picked fruits and vegetables.
We think Pajaro Dunes is simply magical!
