100 m2 apartment with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace totally new with air conditioning/heating and close to beaches, golf courses, racecourse and the mountains. This apartment is set in a small private development with two swimming pools and well-kept gardens and padle court. The terrace overlooks Sierra de Mijas. Village of La Cala is five minutes away. Fuengirola is 5 minutes in the opposite direction with plenty of shops, an aquapark, restaurants, bars and clubs for socialising. Other cities within driving distance are Marbella, Malaga, Granada and Gibralter. Skiing in Sierra Nevada just a 2 hours drive away. There are superb golf courses at Mijas and La Cala. Picturesque villages such as Mijas and the town of Ronda (Roman) are nearby. Restaurants and supermarket are 5 minutes walk. Activities nearby include sailing, swimming, all sea based activities, Hippodrome (horseracing), extensive walking.

Excellente vacances

Appartement très très propre, lumineux et spacieux. il y a 4 restautants juste en bas, supérette ouverte 24h/24h . Les propriétaires sont trés gentils et aimables. Points négatifs difficile à trouver la 1ere fois et pas de WiFi.

Appartement mijas costa

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. La propreté de l'appartement est irréprochable et toutes les pièces sont bien disposer. La chambre pour les enfants est bien équipé pour qu'ils puissent s'épanouir avec de nombreux jouets. La cuisine est super bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur la montagne. L'endroit est très calme et très bien situé pour se déplacer facilement d'une ville à une autre. Nous avons trouver une grande tranquillité dans cette appartement. L'ascenseur et l'emplacement souterrain est d'une grande facilité. La piscine et le parc un grand moment de plaisir et de détente. Notre enfant s'est épanoui dans la piscine et à trouver son bonheur. Dommage qu'il n y avait pas d'épuisette pour nettoyer la piscine des quelques insectes qui tombe dedans. Les propriétaires sont magnifiques, très gentil et à votre disposition. Conclusion nous avons passer de très très bonne vacances. A refaire sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup a Isa et Antonio

Un appartement très propre et très spacieux avec tous les équipements possibles . L'environnement est très calme . Il est situé à 5 minutes de fuenguirola et de sa belle plage . Very comfortable and nice property.

Our stay in Mijas and in this property from Jose and Isa was very nice.the apartment is beautyful furnished and nothing was missing.Our children aged 4, have a nice Room with many toys and books.The Pool and the garden were very well maintained, nice and clean. Excelente apartamento,limpio ,ordenado, y muy completo,no le falta de nada.Los propietarios muy atentos y hospitalarios.El lugar tranquilo y la situación es ideal para visitar Málaga y La Costa del Sol (Marbella,Torremolinos,Fuengirola,Benalmádena,Mijas,Ronda,Nejar.etc.)Nos ha encantado todo y con deseos de volver.La piscina excelente. un bon séjour à Mijas Costa

Nous avons passés un bon séjour à cet appartement qui est caractérisé par plusieurs points saillants, en effet : Il se situe dans un endroit idéal soit 6 kilomètres de centre de fuengiolla ,calme loin de la routine des villes avec un climat sec ;une vue de la nature vraiment extraordinaire de balcon de l’appartement ,chaque jour je prend avec ma femme une pause de café pour jouir de ce paysage ; Cet appartement est aussi très propre et bien équipé ,les enfants ont trouvés leur pleine joie dans la piscine et le sport de tennis sans oublier le petit parc des jeux .Il est loin des autres grandes villes de 28 kilomètres comme Malaga et Marbella . Vraiment j’ai trouve mon souhait avec ma famille et je pense que je vais le louer une autre fois vers le printemps et je vais le recommander à des amis et voisins . JAMAA DRISS MAROC

Vacances en appartement tous conforts.

Pour une première en Espagne, c'est l'endroit idéal pour un accès à tous les types de paysage que l'on peut trouver là bas. Appartement bien équipé, spacieux et surtout très propre. Piscine accéssible à tous (petit bassin pour les petits) terrain de tennis et aire de jeux. Quelques commerces sur place.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber, gute Sportmöglichkeiten, nähe zum Strand sehr gute Anbindung zum Reisen ins Inland, sehr schöner Urlaub.....

My family (husband and two kids) and I live very close to the apartment. We live in Alhaurin el Grande, a village which is just behind the mountain you see from the terrace of the apartment, just 20 minutes by car. We love the apartment Mijas, and whenever we had short stays to enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

We bought this apartment because it was very spacious and bright, with a good residential area and gardens for the enjoyment of our children. The neighborhood is friendly, usually young families, both Spanish and other nationalities living all year. Children to play with mine. The area is quiet, and well located.
Children grow and now we live in a villa with garden in a neighborhood of a nearby town.
Now, whenever we can, we spent a few days holiday in the apartment.
