The property was amazing. Beautiful, roomy, and rife with amenities. The location was also fantastic—very central yet very quiet at night. And management was very responsive to all inquiries. We highly recommend this property!
We travelled to celebrate some special birthdays, the accommodation offered enough space for all of us to be together without feeding on top of each other. The locaion just of Princes Street was nice and quiet.

Overall the property was excellent and we are very glad we rented it. The only issue was that some of the instructions need to be updated (e.g., location of lockbox and washer/dryer in the unit was different from instrucitons). Nevertheless, would highly recommend.
Huge apartment in an old building that is fully renovated but retains its wonderful charm! Great location very near the Conference Center. Tons of space…immaculate. Would definitely rent again.
If you have trouble with stairs, this property is not for you. It does include a wonderful outside terrace which isn't mentioned in the listing. Overall, clean, spacious and a decent location.
It was beautiful !! Just beautiful. The place was clean and the location was perfect. The only star I took away was the accuracy of flat. I also texted and had conflicting answers on the beds. But we worked it out and all was well.

Was an amazing place & great location...within walking distance to pretty much everything. However there was no parking fob at the location as was stated that there would be. And the directions to the parking location were pretty confusing to find. Apart from that small thing, everything was absolutely perfect.
I'm not sure there could be a better place to stay in Edinburgh. So close to everything you want to see. Easy walk to great restaurants and historical sites. The place was absolutely huge and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and large, the kitchen was massive, and the sitting area on the upper floor was majestically large. In a word, the place was spectacular. My only wish was to have had better communication with the host. Although my needs were taken care of as asked, I never heard back to confirm my request (things just happened).
All correspondence before our arrival was very prompt and thorough. Great location. Nicely decorated. We did not use the kitchen for preparation of meals but had coffee in the morning and drinks before we went out to dinner. It would be helpful to have more beverage and wine glasses. And better and more ice cube trays . And some glasses had chipped rims. When we left and stripped the beds it appeared that mattress pads were dirty with stains as were pillows. Also the downstairs internet was spotty. None of these things would keep us from recommending JOIVY Scotland or returning.
This property looks exactly as it appears…very clean, very modern appliances, comfy beds . Great location too! Walked everywhere…no UBER necessary. Would return here in a heartbeat.
This property is lovely. Extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. Kitchen and lounge area has all you could want. Plenty of seating and beautiful high ceilings. Bathroom facilities all modern. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea and biscuits and an added surprise was a bottle of red wine ! The bonus of the courtyard is lovely when the sun is shining. Literally 5 mins from Princes Street. 3 mins to tram to go to airport and 10 -15 mins to Haymarket train station. All this so close and yet it is lovely and quiet. Excellent hosts with a super easy check in. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
